Shenzhen City, New Policy to Support the Development of Assembly-Type Construction with Maximum 2 Million Yuan
Shenzhen Housing and Urban Construction Bureau recently issued the "Notice on Accelerating the Assembly of Construction" and "EPC Project General Contracting Work Guidance Rules" to support and encourage the development of assembly-type construction from the aspect of bidding, component production, construction permits, quality and safety supervision, inspection, cost and other whole positions. Reporter was informed that the new policy could provide financial aid up to 2 million yuan from the city building energy-saving development funds.
